Rigatoni and meatballs, to be specific.  Mmm meatballs.  You may have guessed that I enjoy meatballs.  Or perhaps not.  There may have been no clues at all…Anyway, below is a pictoral history of what went down:

Sweet onions, red bell pepper, garlic scapes, brown sugar, crushed tomatoes, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, ancho chile powder, basil, parsley and kale

1 pound ground sirloin, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, quarter cup grated parmegianno regianno and a good shake of: salt, pepper, chili powder, red pepper, cumin, Spanish paprika, ancho chile powder, all fluffed together with a fork.
